General Update

I am having a good week... I cannot say exactly why, but overall I have been happy. Work has been about normal... we reproduced a Gigantic document this week... 6 copies at a 9 inch stack of paper per copy. thats a total of 54 inches of paper! But it is finally done so I can shift my focus to the next large copy job to do... *sigh*

Ceci and I went shopping last night... we wandered all over the mall and eventually ended up at Old Navy... which heems to be where she gets most of her clothes. She got a new skirt, a skort, and a couple shirts.

My mom got stung by Wasps yesterday. She was helping my grandparents clean out their rain gutter and there was a wasps nest inside and they went after her! Only 3 stings though and she is recovering fine.

Bad News... I found out that BOTH my brothers will be in the middle east during the wedding. Crap.. They were my entire pool of groomsmen. Maybe I won't have any. maybe it will be bridesmaids all around... who knows. I know it isn't fair but I am more dissapointed that Karl can't come than Bruce. I had really hoped he could. The positive side of this news is that both of them will be in headquarters, and not on the street. This is a VERY good thing. Mom is going to panic and cry when she hears. I feel so sorry for her. We are purposefully not telling her for a while so she has less time to panic. Is that wise? I don't know... *sigh* They had better be careful.

Also good news... Ceci's parents gave us the money we need to reserve the wedding site! We will go this weekend to put down the deposit, and I also want to look around and see if here is a bed and breakfast up there or something so Ceci can have a place to get ready and we have a place to go collapse from exhaustion after the wedding. Having to drive 45 minutes afterwards would suck.

We should also probably look at invitations this weekend. I am anxious to get those out. We need to make sure we have the guest list finalized too. (we are close)
